General Policy

SuccessTrafficHits will send out a verification e-mail you must have a reachable e-mail address. If you have a AOL or other filtering e-mail client. You must white list Success Traffic Hits

Members agree to recieve regular newsletters and site updates from Success Traffic Hits. If your e-mail address is or becomes non-delivering. Your account will be Suspanded. Until which time you send Admin your new e-mail address.

Successtraffichits.com's general policy is to act as a provider of url tracking system. Successtraffichits.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Client's access to any or all services provided by Successtraffichits.com when Successtraffichits.com decides that the account has been inappropriately used.

Successtraffichits.com forbids anyone from using our services for tracking any URLs that contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.

You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with double accounts will have them removed.

Payment Policies

Client agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Client's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Successtraffichits.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payments are presently set up to be paid via PayPal or Storm Pay

Cancellation

All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Client unless the cancellation was caused by Clients violation of Successtraffichits.com's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case. Refunds will be issued to you via PayPal or Storm Pay

Right To Refuse Service

Successtraffichits.com reserves the right to cancel service at any time to anyone for any reason. We enforce this policy to ensure a professional environment for the users of our system.

Lawful Purpose

Clients that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Successtraffichits.com for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.

Password Protection

Client is responsible for all use of their Client's account(s) and confidentially of password(s). Successtraffichits.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.

Disclaimer

Successtraffichits.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Successtraffichits.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. Successtraffichits.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Client understands that Successtraffichits.com services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.

Client understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Client will be notified in advance via e-mail. Successtraffichits.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
